I had not been in here in a few months and when I went in for a visit today, the place looked pretty ragged. I found out that the store is under new management and I have to say that it has really gone downhill since my last visit in January. I would recommend their Elston location over this location over this one. When I came in today, no one greeted me, nor did they seem to care that I was in the store. No one even offered to help me get my Dog food to the car. The Elston location at least caters to their customers needs.

Went back again this week and almost had a stack of fish tanks, that were not secure, fall on me. Their rawhide bins had dead bugs in them and one of the employees mentioned a rat problem. This store has gone downhill in the last 6 or 7 months.

I love this store would give more stars if I could. Everything from the friendliness of staff to the great every day prices. They have amazing sales and plenty to choose from no matter what pet you have. The staff are knowledge and helpful. I recently went in after finding an abandoned animal and now each time I go in the staff never fail to ask how it's doing and take the time to look a pics of it. They even thanked me for taking it in rather then just leaving it like some people had advised me to do. They always ask if there's more they can do for you and have gone as far as to tell me if they can help or if I need anything to just go in and ask. Will never shop anywhere else for my pet supplies.
Great place to shop and good sales. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I enjoy each experience. I would and do recommend friends.
